Braking W-FIX Fixed Wave Brake Discs

Braking’s fixed wave front and rear discs are a great choice for replacing OEM discs, offering stable power in all conditions as well as improved handling and weight saving.

  • WAVE® profile.
  • Stainless steel AISI410
  • Heat treated
  • Finished with CNC machining

The WAVE® shape given by the non-round outer and inner profile enables better radial expansion and control of the dilatation under extreme heat conditions, giving better resistance than round discs and ensuring stable power.
Traditional lightening holes are replaced by edges specifically designed to grow brake pad regeneration.
The lightweight design and increase in braking grip gives you a highly reactive disc and overall better handling.

Braking W-FLO FLOATING FRONT WAVE DISC

Ideal for the replacement of original OEM discs, Braking’s Floating Wave Discs offer better resistance and response at high temperatures as well as improved interactions with the pads/calliper increasing performance.

  • Directional geometry with WAVE® profile.
  • Laser cut stainless steel AISI410
  • Heat treated
  • Finished with CNC machining

The WAVE® shape given by the non-round outer and inner profile of the rotor, enables better radial expansion and control of the dilatation under extreme heat conditions, giving better resistance compared to a round disc.

Specifically shaped and angled lightening holes increase pad regeneration and response at high temperatures. Mud and dirt are easily cleaned from the pads surface and outer rub surface.

The floating structure ensures the best interaction with pads/calliper and increasing the performances.

Braking Batfly S3 Semi-Floating Front Brake Disc

The ultimate compromise between the prompt response of a fixed disc and the increased performance of a floating structure, Braking’s S3 Batfly design is made from a single piece for both the carrier and rotor, replacing the 3 rigid joints with pins.

  • Batfly directional geometry with WAVE® profile.
  • S3 semifloating structure.
  • Laser cut stainless steel AISI420
  • Heat treated
  • Finished with CNC machining

The special grooves on its rotor represent a great evolution in heat dissipation, allowing the heat generated on one side to be dissipated inside the “ventilation channel” created between the other side pad and the disc. Pad surfacing is renewed at each pass on the grooves, maintaining the friction coefficient even in the worst environmental conditions.

The shape given by the Batfly system, during the heating process, has the same behaviour of the WAVE® disc, with controlled dilatation.

Braking Batfly Floating Front Brake Disc

With its improved brake response and modulability, Braking’s Batfly system improves the rider’s feeling and the response when braking.

  • Batfly directional geometry with WAVE® profile.
  • Floating structure.
  • Rotor made of stainless steel AISI410, Carrier Aluminium
  • Heat treated
  • Finished with CNC machining

The special grooves on its rotor represent a great evolution in heat dissipation, allowing the heat generated on one side to be dissipated inside the “ventilation channel” created between the other side pad and the disc. Pad surfacing is renewed at each pass on the grooves, maintaining the friction coefficient even in the worst environmental conditions. The floating structure of the disc ensures the best interaction with pads/calliper, further increasing performance.

Braking Batfly Fixed Wave Rear Brake Discs

With its improved modulability, Braking’s Batfly system improves the rider’s feeling and the response when braking.

  • Batfly directional geometry with WAVE® profile.
  • Made of stainless steel AISI410
  • Heat treated
  • Finished with CNC machining
